With QuickBooks it’s very easy.  We simply upload all of your Accounts into QuickBooks on Line, through a secure encrypted internet connection; your data is then processed by one of our E B Service professionals.  We then host the accounting on our secure site. You can choose to access your data anytime and from anywhere through the internet.  You can print checks or any reports such as, AR, AP, P&Ls, or General Ledger whatever you need.  You can rest assured that through the QuickBooks data base, all of you information is secure through the protection of Firewalls and Pass Words. How do we make the switch to E B Services on Line? Simply contact us for an onsite appointment.  One of our professional accounting managers will then go over your company’s specific needs for each accounting area.  Next, we will review your accounting data to determine the exact monthly fee based on the services you have selected.  You will then receive a written contract and a calendar of your first month accounting deadlines and fees.  Once we receive your signed contract, the E B Service team goes to work!  By the way, all of our work is 100% guaranteed to your complete satisfaction.  If it’s not, we’ll either make it right or you don’t pay.  It’s that simple!
